Agriculture has always been part of Andrea’s life. Her family, like many others in the region, has worked the land for generations. While she was familiar with traditional farming methods, she had a strong desire to learn new practices and envision a different future for her community.

Since 2018, Rosa has been part of the Colibrí Program, a space that led her to discover her vocation for community organizing.

Yesenia has managed to overcome several personal and academic challenges thanks to a scholarship granted by the Colibrí Program.

Carlos describes himself as a motivated young man, who likes to dream big. He enjoys supporting others to enhance their talents.

In a group of 11 students, she is the only girl. However, this is not an obstacle to continue learning more about the agricultural sector.

Jasson is an Agricultural High School student in Sonsonate and a participant in the Leadership course of the Programa Colibrí.
